Bombardier is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern (Year-Round) to assist with end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple sites in the United States. This role supports the team by posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening, and coordinating onboarding while gaining exposure to military talent acquisition and veteran hiring programs.

The successful candidate is a University sophomore or higher pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field and shows interest in military culture

How to thrive in this role?

• You are currently a University Sophomore or above, pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Interest in military talent acquisition and veteran hiring programs, preferred.

Strong understanding of military culture, military occupational specialties (MOS/AFSC/NEC), and the translation of military experience into civilian roles, preferred.

Experience building relationships with military installations, transition assistance programs (TAP), veteran service organizations, and military spouse employment networks, preferred.

Military talent acquisition or veteran recruiting experience, preferred.
