Bombardier Transportation GmbH is seeking an Intern in Talent Acquisition to support the recruitment process in Wichita, KS. You will post roles, source candidates, screen via phone, and coordinate interviews both on-site and virtually, while assisting with onboarding tasks and events.

The role requires enrollment in a university program (HR/management/business), 30 hours/week availability, and strong communication and MS Office skills.

• Enrolled in a university program studying human resources, management, business or related field.
• Availability to work 30 hours per week.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager to learn and develop professionally.

Responsabilités

• Post open positions on Bombardier Career Page, LinkedIn, and industry groups.
• Assist Recruiter with recruitment process, including sourcing, pre-selection, phone screens, and interviews (on-site and virtual).
• Use external sourcing sites, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify passive candidates.
• Serve as liaison with contract agencies, as needed.
• Maintain contact with potential candidates and provide follow-up on recruitment process.
• Communicate with hiring managers regarding talent pipeline and recruitment process.
• Assist with onboarding tasks for selected candidates.
• Attend Bombardier hiring events on-site, off-site and virtually.
• Support Talent Acquisition Team with administrative tasks and projects.

• Actively communicate with hiring managers regarding talent pipeline and recruitment process.
• Ensure selected candidates are completing the onboarding process in a timely manner, to include contacting candidates after an accepted offer for paperwork, administrative tasks and support.
• Attend Bombardier hiring events both on-site, off-site and virtual.
• Support Talent Acquisition Team with various administrative tasks and projects, as required.
