Job summary

Bombardier Learjet in Wichita, Kansas, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern (Year-Round) to support recruiting efforts across the organization. You will assist with postings, sourcing, phone screens, and onboarding while gaining exposure to military talent programs.

You are a university sophomore or higher pursuing a degree in Human Resources, with interest in veteran hiring. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, familiarity with MOS/AFSC/NEC and TAP are valued, and the role

• Experience building relationships with military installations and TAP.

• Adhere to General Work Requirements
• Assist with special projects that focus on delivering results against the business plan
• Assist the Team with business analysis
• Work as part of the Team to provide support to ensure reliability and efficiency with processes
• Interface with Bombardier personnel to ensure consistent, practical and effective solution
• Full life-cycle of recruitment, to include: job postings, sourcing, phone screens, hire selection, onboarding, etc.

How to thrive in this role?

• You are currently a University Sophomore or above, pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Interest in military talent acquisition and veteran hiring programs, preferred.
• Strong understanding of military culture, military occupational specialties (MOS/AFSC/NEC), and the translation of military experience into civilian roles, preferred.
• Experience building relationships with military installations, transition assistance programs (TAP), veteran service organizations, and military spouse employment networks, preferred.
• Military talent acquisition or veteran recruiting experience, preferred.
