Job summary

Clarios is offering a Talent Acquisition internship in the greater Milwaukee area. You will assist the TA team with posting jobs, reviewing candidates, and coordinating interviews while supporting HR programs and process improvements.

The role is hybrid with a mix of office and remote work, starting fall 2026 through summer 2027, with part-time hours during the school year and around 40 hours per week in summer.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, and/or related degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist Talent Acquisition to support full-cycle recruiting activities, including posting job opportunities, reviewing candidate information, and coordinating high-volume interviews.
• Support process improvements and projects for Talent Acquisition and across HR.
• Assist with internal and external communications, promotion, and outreach of TA programs.
• Update and manage candidate information and interview status in the ATS.
• Plan and execute internship program events and engagement activities.
• Analyze recruiting data and provide administrative support for efficient hiring processes.
