Job summary

Clarios, LLC invites motivated students in the Milwaukee area to join our HR Rotational Internship for Summer 2027. You will partner with leaders to shape recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience initiatives while gaining exposure to leadership development and talent management.

You will collaborate across HR functions, support engagement efforts, and help design organizational change and HR analytics projects.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.
• Interest in being considered for an HR Rotational Program in several different field manufacturing locations across the US following graduation.
• Duration: Summer 2027.
• Up to 40 hours per week.
• Working Arrangements: Hybrid internship - must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions, with the option to work in the office.
• Be able to maintain regular contact with the supervisor/team via virtual methods.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and Employee Experience Partner with leaders to identify hiring needs and support the recruitment process.
• Support onboarding activities to help create a positive new hire experience.
• Support leaders with employee engagement action planning efforts undefined.
• Leadership Development and Talent Management Assist with leadership development, training and learning initiatives.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, and midyear performance conversations.
• Organization Design Assist with org design initiatives including job architecture and organizational structure projects that support business needs.
• HR Analytics and Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and the employee experience.
• Gather, analyze and interpret HR metrics to identify trends and help inform decision making.
• Employee Relations Observe, assist and lead through employee relations matters, and policy interpretation.

Education

Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field
