Grande invites a Talent Acquisition Intern to support entry-level and early-career recruiting efforts while driving a strategic project on building talent communities. You will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, candidate engagement, recruitment marketing, and social media strategy to strengthen Grande's employer brand and future hiring initiatives.

Qualifications

• Student in Junior or Senior level working towards a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Organizational Development, Marketing, Industrial Psychology, Communications or other related field from an accredited school required.
• Prior business/office experiences desirable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable making high volume calls
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Support recruiting activities for entry-level and early-career positions, including sourcing, screening, and candidate outreach.
• Partner with recruiters to deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Use talent sourcing and recruiting technology tools to identify, organize, and engage prospective candidates for future hiring needs.
• Develop and pilot a talent community strategy that helps build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
• Create candidate communication and nurture campaigns to keep talent engaged with our organization.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Brand to develop engaging LinkedIn and social media content that strengthens employer brand awareness.
• Track and analyze talent engagement metrics and recommend improvements to outreach strategies.
• Help establish a repeatable recruitment marketing framework that supports long-term talent acquisition goals.
