Job summary

Commure, a healthcare AI platform, is seeking a motivated Intern to join the Talent Acquisition team, collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, and university partners to build pipelines and drive campus campaigns.

You will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, events, branding, and partner relations across campuses, with hybrid schedule and opportunities to travel to university events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, major in Human Resource Management preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Google Suite or MS Office.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, employer branding and event planning.
• Active involvement in extracurricular activities or university clubs is highly appreciated.
• Energetic, creative, and proactive with a can-do attitude.
• Willingness to travel to universities and external events as required.
• Understanding of data confidentiality and professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, CV screening, and interview coordination.
• Maintain and update applicant databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate campus recruitment drives, career fairs, and on-site activations.
• Assist in building and executing employer branding strategies across campuses and social media platforms.
• Liaise with university career service departments and clubs to build long-term partnerships.
• Organize and support virtual/in-person events like seminars, workshops, webinars, and branding campaigns.
• Help design and distribute promotional content for talent attraction.
• Document and report on campus initiatives, student engagement, and event outcomes.
