Job summary

Doctolib in Berlin is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator intern to join the Tech & Product TA team. You’ll focus on candidate experience, interview scheduling, and improving processes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You’ll develop people skills through multi-stakeholder management and gain insight into recruitment from application to onboarding. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers on end-to-end processes, leveraging AI tools and maintaining

Qualifications

• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking System or HR coordination preferred.
• Experience in international tech environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews between candidates, Hiring Managers and interviewers.
• Send critical candidate communications during the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate and interview information in the ATS.
• Manage interviewer pools and interview materials.
• Streamline the scheduling process for candidates and business needs.
• Contribute to interview process design and track scheduling metrics.
