Job summary

Westwing seeks an Intern in Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding to support end-to-end recruitment across departments, shaping our employer brand and candidate journey. Based in Munich with a 6-month horizon, you will collaborate closely with multiple teams to attract top talent and optimize processes.

You should be studying or recently graduated in Business, Psychology or HR, with internships in TA/EB, openness to AI tools, strong organisation, and fluency in English and German.

Qualifications

• Ongoing studies or recently completed degree in Business, Psychology or HR.
• Experience via internships or student jobs in talent acquisition or employer branding.
• Interest in using AI tools to streamline processes.
• Organised, structured working style with task prioritisation.
• Proactive communicator and collaborative mindset.
• Fluency in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end hiring for permanent roles, internships, and working student positions.
• Manage candidate communications to ensure a premium experience.
• Identify process improvements and implement AI-driven tools to speed up workflows.
• Drive employer branding across channels with ideas and content.
• Collaborate with TA team and stakeholders on projects, reporting and ad hoc requests.
