Job summary

WingSwept in Garner, NC, is seeking an HR & Recruiting Assistant to facilitate recruitment, provide HR support, and manage sensitive employee data. This is a new, full-time position with competitive pay and benefits including employee stock ownership, profit sharing, and a fully-vested 401(k) with matching contributions.

The role includes owning HRIS/ATS tools, building trusted relationships with employees, supporting HR queries, and coordinating the hiring process across the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience with HRIS/ATS and basic HR concepts would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Master HRIS and ATS software usage to support recruitment
• Build and maintain trust with employees and support HR needs
• Provide first-level HR support and maintain confidentiality
• Collaborate with executives and hiring managers to define role requirements
• Develop candidate pipelines and engage passive candidates for future openings
• Coordinate recruitment/hiring/interview steps and assist with assessments
• Promote WingSwept’s core values throughout the candidate experience
• Explain WingSwept benefit offerings to candidates and employees
