Qualifications

• 12+ years of full cycle recruiting experience with 3+ years in people management in a high-growth technical environment.
• Experience managing a contingent workforce with compliance.
• Experience implementing AI to enhance candidate workflows.
• Proven track record partnering with senior leadership on complex talent topics including compensation, leveling and org design.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Partners, setting goals and driving performance.
• Own end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for Wing’s engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• Drive adoption of AI-driven talent intelligence and interview automation to improve hiring velocity.
• Advise senior engineering leaders using data and market insights to influence talent decisions and organizational design.
• Oversee hiring analytics, reporting, and forecasts for senior leadership.
