Job Description

Daily Tasks:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to recruit hard-to-fill positions, including PTs, PTAs, SLPs, OTs, and OTAs.
  2. Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other innovative methods.
  3. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  4. Build relationships with potential candidates and maintain a talent pipeline for future needs.

Retention and Company Culture:

  1. Implement strategies to ensure staff retention and job satisfaction, reducing turnover rates.
  2. Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented company culture.
  3. Organize team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and regular feedback initiatives.

HR Operations and Performance Management:

  1. Create, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR and company operations.
  2. Design and manage performance review systems to ensure staff meet individual and company goals.
  3. Address and resolve employee concerns or conflicts professionally and promptly.

Staff Training and Development:

  1. Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to upskill staff.
  2. Develop onboarding processes that align with company values and ensure new hires are set up for success.
  3. Provide regular coaching and support to team members to enhance their performance and growth.

Growth and Operations Support:

  1. Support the company’s growth ambitions by aligning HR practices with long-term business goals.
  2. Collaborate with leadership to develop a scalable organizational structure as we expand into multiple clinics.
  3. Maintain detailed records of recruitment, employee performance, and HR initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.
Must Haves
  1. Proven experience in recruitment, particularly for healthcare roles or hard-to-fill positions.
  2. Strong understanding of HR best practices, including performance management and employee engagement.
  3. Experience creating and implementing SOPs and HR systems.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with team members and candidates.
  5. Proficient with recruitment tools, HR software, and collaboration tools (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS, Google Workspace, Trello).
  6. Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  7. Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote role.
Nice to Haves
  1. Previous experience in a healthcare or physical therapy setting.
  2. Familiarity with labor laws and HR practices in the US.
  3. Experience in staff training and development.
Home Office Requirements
