SWCA Environmental Consultants is seeking a Human Resources Specialist – Talent Acquisition to join our national Talent Acquisition team. This role partners with hiring leaders to manage requisitions, candidate communications, and onboarding from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Business, or related field.
• Experience providing administrative support in project-based environments preferred.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition activities including posting duties, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Assist with ATS administration and recruiting metrics reporting.
• Maintain employee records with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Support HR compliance and process improvements across SWCA offices.
