Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ recruiting experience across industries.
• Experience with full cycle recruiting.
• Experience with social media marketing/advertising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Travel may be required (overnight).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP WFN) preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support full-cycle recruiting activities.
• Provide administrative HR support: employee records, benefits coordination, payroll support, compliance.
