The Hartz Mountain Corporation in Secaucus, NJ is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Generalist to join our hybrid team. You will drive full-cycle recruiting for consumer goods roles, onboard new hires, and serve as a brand ambassador supporting our inclusive, pet-friendly culture.

This hands-on role combines talent acquisition with HR generalist duties, including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and data reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting in a consumer goods multi-site environment.
• Experience onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other TA channels.
• Familiarity with Paylocity HRIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding lifecycle for remote and on-site hires.
• Develop creative recruitment strategies via social media, job boards and referrals.
• Serve as brand ambassador communicating Hartz values and benefits.
• Execute full-cycle recruitment in partnership with hiring managers.
• Ensure compliance with affirmative action plan (AAP) guidelines.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and ensure accuracy.
