The Hartz Mountain Corporation in Secaucus, NJ is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Generalist (Hybrid) to lead end-to-end recruitment and onboard new employees. This role blends talent acquisition with broader HR responsibilities to foster an engaging employee experience.

You will partner with hiring managers, build candidate relationships, ensure compliance, and utilize HR metrics to drive hiring effectiveness and onboarding success.

Formación

• 3+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience

Responsabilidades

• Manage recruitment and onboarding lifecycle for remote and on-site hires with positive candidate experience
• Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies across social media, job boards, referrals, and sourcing channels
• Serve as brand ambassador by communicating Hartz culture, benefits, growth opportunities and employee experience
• Execute full-cycle recruitment including staffing needs, job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, offers and onboarding
• Ensure compliance with AAP guidelines throughout recruiting
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency while ensuring accuracy and oversight
• Stay current on TA trends and implement process improvements to enhance outcomes
• Coordinate pre-employment activities, orientation, training, and onboarding documentation
• Track compliance training and conduct new hire/manager follow-up meetings
• Support employee relations, policy administration, and offboarding as needed
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and run recruitment metrics and reports
• Participate in HR projects and process improvements
