Qualifications

• One year of responsible professional public personnel administration experience.
• Bachelor's degree in social sciences, human resource management, business administration, or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Deliver full cycle talent acquisition and retention experience.
• Promote candidate experience including notifications, offers, background checks, onboarding, and start-date coordination.
• Support social media recruiting to strengthen Seattle Center’s employment brand.
• Interpret and apply employment laws, personnel rules, and bargaining agreements.
• Maintain confidentiality of HR data and records.
• Drive continuous process improvement for equity and efficiency.
• Represent Seattle Center at job fairs and community outreach events.
