Job summary

You will source candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter, Rozee, Taraki and other channels, coordinate with clients to define requirements, perform background checks, and handle payroll-related tasks and HR documentation.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of HR/recruitment experience
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
• Immediate joiners will be preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Rozee, Taraki, and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide suitable candidate profiles.
• Conduct and coordinate background verification checks, including employment and educational verification.
• Assist with payroll-related activities and maintain accurate employee/client records.
• Prepare recruitment reports, candidate updates, and other HR documentation.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates, clients, and relevant stakeholders.
