Qualifications

• 10 to 12 years of progressive Human Resource Experience preferably within steel, mining, or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of US employment laws and HR best practices.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business priorities.
• Advise management on HR policies and employee relations.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
