A leading company in access solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for their Human Resources team. This role encompasses coordination of interviews, onboarding tasks, and data management within HRIS systems like Workday. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in PC applications, with an emphasis on confidentiality and professionalism.
Job Summary
This position will be responsible for providing clerical, administrative, and internal customer service support and managing key projects for the Human Resources team supporting the Hardware and Home Improvement group. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will coordinate interviews, support onboarding including managing background checks, travel coordination and general recruitment related tasks.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be exposed to a variety of HR tasks, including supporting the Sr. HR Manager and Human Resources team. This person will be responsible for data entry and ensuring data integrity in the HRIS systems. Additional duties may include direct involvement in the organization’s engagement, recruiting, onboarding, benefit and HRIS programs, as well as interaction with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Pay Range: $40,040-$62,920.
This “base salary range” is a reasonable estimate for this position at the time of posting. Pay within each range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, to primary work job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
