Job description

Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm Central Standard Time. MUST have clear English and a stable internet connection. Must LOVE talking to people, building relationships, staying focused, and meeting weekly goals in closing new business. This is a remote position with the potential to earn $45-60K in the first year.

Responsibilities
  1. Prospect and Customer Interaction:
  • Make outbound calls to offer services and products, gather feedback, and assist customers courteously and professionally.
  • Contact prospects via phone or email.
  • Provide product information and assistance to prospects.
  1. Sales Support:
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain and update prospect databases and records.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels as needed.
  • Engage in professional networking via LinkedIn.
  • Meet outbound call goals.
  • Experience with social media marketing and content creation on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  1. Prospect & Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Follow up to ensure needs are met and resolve issues.
  • Manage customer feedback and reviews.
  1. Product Knowledge:
  • Stay informed about the company's products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Train and educate new sales team members on product details.
  1. Reporting:
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and performance analyses for the sales team and management.
Operations

Assist in supporting clients as needed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales software/tools, including Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience with outbound calls.
  • Experience building client relationships.
  • Good phone etiquette and appointment setting skills.
