Description

The HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role will provide critical support to the Human Resources department in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.

Employee Relations :

  • Assist in resolving employee concerns with tact and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with other departments.

Benefits Administration :

  • Support benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

HR Compliance & Reporting :

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.

Administrative Support :

  • Coordinate HR-related events (e.g., trainings, wellness initiatives).
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
  • May assist with overflow of work from other HR staff depending on workload.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and basic labor laws.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Available to work Full-time onsite in Newport Beach
