Overview
The Human Resources Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting daily HR operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This role fosters a positive workplace culture, ensures policy and regulation compliance, and provides assistance to employees and management. It requires broad operational knowledge, works under limited supervision for routine tasks, and involves guiding and training junior employees. Problems encountered are generally non-routine and require analysis. This is a remote position. All qualified candidates MUST be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. For Colorado-based roles, Sand Cherry Associates is required to provide a compensation range. This is a 6-month consulting engagement with an hourly rate of $60-$70, depending on experience, education, location, and certifications.
