Overview

The Human Resources Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting daily HR operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This role fosters a positive workplace culture, ensures policy and regulation compliance, and provides assistance to employees and management. It requires broad operational knowledge, works under limited supervision for routine tasks, and involves guiding and training junior employees. Problems encountered are generally non-routine and require analysis. This is a remote position. All qualified candidates MUST be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. We do not work C2C.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in preparing HR documents such as employee communications, letters, and policies.
  • Organize meetings, training sessions, and engagement activities.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Support initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Assist with compliance tasks, including maintaining records for audits, certifications, and legal requirements.
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics like turnover, absenteeism, and training completion.
  • Support benefits administration, including answering questions, processing enrollments/changes, and liaising with providers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications, utilizing digital insights to enhance performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

Compensation

For Colorado-based roles, Sand Cherry Associates is required to provide a compensation range. This is a 6-month consulting engagement with an hourly rate of $60-$70, depending on experience, education, location, and certifications.
