Job summary

Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS) in Cincinnati, OH seeks an HR Recruiter/Coordinator to support Talent Acquisition and core HR functions from sourcing through onboarding and beyond. The role collaborates with hiring managers and HR leadership to ensure a seamless candidate and employee experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, maintaining the ATS, and supporting onboarding and ADP HRIS processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Open to candidates currently enrolled in a related bachelor’s degree program.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative, office, recruitment, or HR experience.
• Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Hiring Support: Manage the flow of candidates from sourcing through offer stage.
• Recruitment & Hiring Support: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
• Recruitment & Hiring Support: Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Recruitment & Hiring Support: Ensure a positive and professional applicant experience.
• Recruitment & Hiring Support: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System.
• Recruitment & Hiring Support: Participate in social media recruiting efforts and attend job fairs.
• Recruitment & Hiring Support: Track and coordinate intern onboarding.
• HR Operations & Administration: Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
• HR Operations & Administration: Process employee status changes, transfers, and terminations in ADP.
• HR Operations & Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• HR Operations & Administration: Serve as a resource to staff regarding HR policies and procedures.
• HR Operations & Administration: Perform various administrative functions for Human Resources.
• HR Operations & Administration: Provide support across HR functional areas as needed.
