Job summary

7Seventy Recruiting is seeking a Recruiter, Hiring & Talent Operations to manage full-cycle recruiting for mission-driven organizations, owning searches from kickoff through onboarding. The role covers multiple clients, building pipelines in specialized talent markets and delivering structured, efficient hiring processes.

You will partner with founders, clients and hiring managers to define hiring requirements, propose recruiting approaches, and optimize decisions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in growing organizations.
• Experience working with hiring managers and providing recommendations.
• Strong sourcing beyond LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting searches from kickoff through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes across multiple positions and client organizations.
• Conduct structured candidate screening calls to evaluate qualifications.
• Guide candidates through each stage of the recruiting process with clear communication.
• Work with clients, founders, and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Advise stakeholders on recruiting approaches and candidate profiles.
• Provide informed recommendations to support hiring decisions.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and managers to ensure alignment.
