Job summary

Dartmouth College's Tuck School of Business seeks an experienced HR leader to partner with hiring managers, lead staff recruitment, and drive employee experience initiatives across the school in Hanover, NH. The position oversees full-cycle recruitment, develops sourcing plans, and supports onboarding, development, and engagement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible HR experience, including recruitment and engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and equitable hiring practices.
• Confidentiality and employment law awareness; data privacy focus.
• Proficiency with data management and analysis using Excel or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; organized and collaborative.
• Ability to work independently with strategic thinking and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Leads full-cycle recruitment for assigned staff positions with inclusive, engaging process.
• Partners with hiring managers to develop strategic sourcing and search plans.
• Advises on search strategies, best practices, and equitable hiring.
• Interacts with HR colleagues on onboarding, development, and compliance.
• Supports HR projects, workforce data analysis, and organizational design.
• Maintains relationships with candidates and community for future opportunities.
