Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional HR experience including recruitment and engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field; or a liberal arts degree with relevant HR experience and professional development.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, sourcing strategies, search processes, and equitable hiring practices.
• Strong understanding of human resources functions, confidentiality, and employment best practices.
• Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data management and analysis.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment, discretion, and strategic thinking.
• Commitment to continued professional development and maintaining current knowledge of emerging HR trends, practices, and relevant policy developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned staff positions, ensuring an effective, inclusive, and engaging hiring process and a positive candidate experience.
• Develop and manage strategic sourcing plans with hiring managers. Advise on search strategies and equitable hiring.
• Conduct candidate interviews and provide assessments and offers. Coordinate with leadership on approvals.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues on onboarding and development initiatives.
• Support workforce data analysis and HR projects.
