Medical Services of America, Inc. is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Lexington, SC for a full-time, entry-level role.

You will support the Recruiting Manager with day-to-day recruiting and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with candidates and teammates.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recruiting experience preferred.
• 2 years of administrative experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support various hiring and recruiting activities.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Recruiting Manager and team.
• Schedule candidate interviews, calls, and other recruiting appointments.
• Prepare and post job advertisements across applicable boards and platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Assist with candidate sourcing through job boards and other resources.
• Communicate with candidates and coordinate the hiring process.
• Organize recruiting events, hiring events, and job fairs.
• Represent the company at job fairs and events to network with candidates.
• Perform other administrative and recruiting-related duties.
