Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field with two years of Talent Acquisition or administrative experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel; high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience using Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides recruitment coordination support including applicant tracking, assessment testing review, pre-screening, and sourcing diverse candidate pools for entry level positions or high-volume openings.
• Schedules interview dates, health screens, coordinates candidate travel logistics, and orientation events.
• Coordinates with HR Shared Services onboarding for on-site tasks (I-9, fingerprinting, badge photos) and maintains regular recruitment reports.
• Coordinates local and regional recruiting events and maintains event calendar.
• Supports TA team with issues and builds relationships remotely, delivering prompt solutions and superior customer service.
