Qualifications

• Associates degree required with some college business coursework.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-3 years' experience in a recruiting support role.
• Knowledge of office administrative procedures and standard office equipment.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and HRIS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting for full-time, non-exempt positions and contingent staff (temp to hires and contractors).
• Coordinate posting and screening questions with hiring managers; update job descriptions.
• Ensure accuracy of job postings in HRIS and maintain recruiting tracking.
• Evaluate applicants against job requirements and determine advancement decisions.
• Conduct introductory screening calls and schedule interviews with managers and panel members.
• Draft offer letters and coordinate delivery of offer packets for full-time candidates.
• Oversee onboarding and pre-employment verification processes for new hires and contingent workers.
