Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Workday strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake meetings, phone screens and interviews, including scheduling and reminders.
• Respond to routine inquiries and provide timely updates to candidates and hiring teams.
• Support high-volume recruiting through phone screens, resume reviews and video reviews.
• Maintain job postings, requisitions, and candidate records in systems.
• Assist with hiring events, campaigns, and logistics, including travel arrangements.
• Track invoices, supplies, and provide administrative support for agency candidates.
• Monitor tasks and escalate scheduling barriers or system issues affecting timelines.
• Provide coverage and handoffs during team absences within approved responsibilities.
