Job summary

PeopleInc is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to lead recruitment efforts and oversee the full lifecycle, ensuring talent is attracted and hired efficiently. You will supervise Recruiters and HR Support Specialists and partner with hiring managers to align staffing with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Director of Talent Acquisition to develop, monitor, and analyze recruitment strategies.
• Lead hiring activities including posting, sourcing, reporting, and background check compliance.
• Participate in interview rotation and coordinate onboarding processes.
• Analyze recruitment initiatives to identify areas for improvement and coordinate events with colleges/universities.
