Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Operations and Innovation
  • We can consider applicants with high school education or higher with full life cycle recruitment experience. We are looking for contractors who are critical thinkers, can consult with HMs, and who can work in a fast-paced environment. Immigration experience is a plus, as well as Smart Recruiter ATS system. Ideally, candidates will have 3-5 years of HR experience.
  • As a Coordinator on the Operations and Innovation team, you will focus on TA Compliance for specialized recruitment. This is a high-volume recruiting support role that emphasizes process and attention to detail.

  • As a Coordinator on the Operations and Innovation team, your focus will be on TA Compliance for specialized recruitment. This role supports high-volume recruiting, requiring strong process orientation and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist with a large volume of job requisitions across various business functions using Smart Recruiters ATS.
  2. Partner with Recruiters to process focused requisitions.
  3. Assess and review resumes against job requirements, documenting process steps.
  4. Work with the team manager to provide selected candidates for review by hiring managers.
  5. Provide weekly status updates to Recruiters for meetings.
  6. Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and professionalism. Maintain employer brand through engagement.
  7. Ensure compliance with state/federal employment laws and policies, including applicant tracking and reporting metrics.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree preferred; Human Resources degree is a plus.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
  3. Ability to handle high-volume, multi-tasking roles.
  4. Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  5. Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.
  6. Familiarity with Smart Recruiters ATS is preferred.
