We are a mission-driven telehealth startup specializing in optimizing women’s hormones and overall quality of life through personalized, integrative care. Our focus is on delivering compassionate, high-quality virtual healthcare that supports women through perimenopause, menopause and beyond. As we prepare to launch, we're looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Operations Manager to help build and execute the infrastructure of our company from the ground up. About the Role:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the core logistical, administrative, and operational systems that will power our telehealth platform. This role requires a strategic thinker and detail-oriented doer who thrives in a startup environment. You’ll work directly with the founding team to bring the vision to life—ensuring that everything from compliance and onboarding systems to vendor coordination and SOPs is built for scale and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of operational systems and processes for launching a telehealth company from scratch
• Oversee project timelines, task management, and cross-functional coordination
• Build and document operating procedures across clinical, administrative, and tech functions
• Manage relationships with key vendors (billing, scheduling, communications tools, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (HIPAA, licensure, insurance, etc.)
• Support hiring, onboarding, and internal operations for team members
• Track and report on key operational metrics to drive performance and efficiency
• Anticipate and solve operational challenges in a startup environment

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in telehealth operations and healthcare project management
• Proven ability to build systems and processes from the ground up
• Understanding of healthcare compliance, licensing, and insurance across U.S. states (we are out-of-pocket, however, prescriptions will be through insurance)
• Self-starter with a collaborative, proactive approach
• Startup or early-stage company experience highly valued
• Deep familiarity with the Google Workspace Suite, Slack and the use of ChatGPT Deep Research
• Experience setting up or customizing an EHR
