Job summary

Pacific Islands Club Guam is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator – Talent Acquisition to help coordinate recruiting efforts and support a smooth hiring experience. This in-person role (Tumon, GU) focuses on building strong candidate pipelines and keeping HR recruiting administration organized through onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some HR admin or recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong English reading and writing skills; confidentiality.
• Basic math and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing needs by tracking vacancies and recruitment records.
• Prepare and post job advertisements; ensure approvals.
• Create recruitment materials and social media content.
• Attend job fairs and community events.
• Review applications, screen candidates, and schedule interviews.
• Communicate offers and coordinate pre-employment documents.
• Process new-hire paperwork and orientation.
• Prepare recruitment reports and handle transfers.
