JR & Co. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our hiring efforts across the country. In this role you'll keep our openings live and visible, move applicants through the process quickly, coordinate everything a new hire needs before day one, and help run orientations that set people up to succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of HR/Talent Acquisition experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post and maintain openings in Bamboo HR and track status.
• Screen applicants, communicate progress, and manage expectations.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars with managers.
• Coordinate pre-employment tasks (drug screenings, verifications, background checks).
• Complete new hire paperwork and conduct orientations.
• Identify job fairs and partnerships to promote employment.
• Maintain personnel files and job descriptions for compliance.
• Support HR and Talent Acquisition on other projects.
