The position involves coordinating postings on HRIS and major boards, attending community events, and maintaining professionalism as a brand ambassador.

Qualifications

• Plan, coordinate, and execute hiring to meet staffing needs across stores.
• Strong verbal and written communication across teams and candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail, while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute hiring to meet current and future staffing needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to review resumes and applications.
• Manage all interview logistics, including scheduling and follow-up.
• Oversee onboarding, new hire training, and store orientation.
• Manage job postings across HRIS and major boards; audit requisitions.
• Coordinate offer letters, I-9s, and other pre-employment docs.
• Engage with community events to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Build partnerships with HR and Talent Acquisition; share best practices.
• Participate in calls with the Talent Acquisition team and other coordinators.
