Citadel is expanding its Recruiting Coordination team in Miami, offering a hands-on opportunity to support end-to-end hiring for multiple business areas. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will partner with recruiters and stakeholders to manage candidate experiences, scheduling, and communication from first interview through onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Prior experience or internships in recruiting, HR, or related environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to support end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business areas.
• Own the candidate experience by coordinating virtual and onsite interviews, assessment days, and other hiring touchpoints.
• Manage candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system with accuracy and timely updates.
• Liaise with hiring teams to gather feedback, align on next steps, and maintain momentum.
