Job summary

Long Prairie Packing Company, LLC, an American Foods Group Company, seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to manage the full recruitment cycle from posting roles to extending offers and onboarding new team members.

You will source candidates nationwide, screen and interview via phone, video, or in-person, schedule interviews with hiring managers, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma.
• 1–3 years recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong English communication (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of talent acquisition: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding.
• Knowledge of employment laws.
• Willingness to travel to other locations and campus events.
• Flexible hours to align with plant activities.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment lifecycle from posting to offer.
• Source candidates nationwide.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews (phone, video, in-person).
• Administer pre-employment screenings and onboarding.
• Maintain postings in iCIMS and candidate data.
• Coordinate offers and I-9 compliance.
• Build relationships with agencies and colleges.
• Attend job fairs and campus events.
