Long Prairie Packing Company, LLC, an American Foods Group Company, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salary manufacturing roles at the Long Prairie, MN facility. You will partner with plant leadership to assess hiring needs and implement staffing strategies that align with our values.

You'll manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding, and compliance while optimizing candidate experience and driving recruiting metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting of hourly (non-exempt) manufacturing employees.
• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, Spanish and/or Haitian-Creole (speaking, reading, and writing). Bi-lingual preferred.
• Prior experience in high volume recruiting in beef, protein, or food manufacturing.
• Current knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Previous experience using iCIMS applicant tracking system.
• Strong work ethic and sense of personal responsibility for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing roles (non-exempt).
• Source, screen, interview, and manage offers and onboarding.
• Develop recruiting strategies with plant leadership to meet hiring goals.
• Coordinate and attend job fairs and partnerships with local colleges.
• Maintain recruiting metrics, reporting, and candidate experience initiatives.
