The Brattle Group is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Assistant to support our Talent Acquisition team in Chicago, IL. This role coordinates interviews, manages candidate communications and logistics, maintains job postings, and supports applicant tracking system administration.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year coordinating interviews with varying levels of complexity.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and interview scheduling platforms required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate interview schedules, including sending interview requests and confirming interviewer availability.
• Manage interview logistics and travel communications across offices and time zones.
• Post and maintain job postings in ATS, external sites, and internal job boards.
• Disposition candidates within ATS and keep statuses updated accurately.
