Role overview
DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and strengthening the company's talent acquisition efforts. Responsibilities include providing administrative support to the AVP, Talent Acquisition; drafting job descriptions; maintaining candidate information in Workday; and supporting recruiting initiatives such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and early careers programs. Your work will help deliver a seamless hiring process and attract and retain high-performing employees who align with the company's goals.

Role responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment process, from requisition intake through pre-hire and onboarding.
- Draft and update job descriptions.
- Prepare offer letters.
- Serve as a Workday recruitment process resource while maintaining accurate candidate records.
- Create job requisitions and post open roles.
- Proactively source candidates through Workday, LinkedIn, Indeed, online forums, resume databases, and other channels.
- Initiate background and reference checks.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants as needed.
- Partner with the HR Services team to support a seamless onboarding experience for candidates.
- Support new hire onboarding, including preparing documents, delivering orientation presentations, and communicating with new hires.
- Prepare recurring reports on new hire metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source of hire, and DEI hiring metrics.
- Support emerging career initiatives, including campus recruiting, career fairs, Handshake postings, internships, and early careers programs.
- Manage the employee referral process, including referral outreach and bonus requests.
- Represent the employer brand and deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with HR colleagues and line managers at all levels to understand recruitment and onboarding needs.
- Contribute to the recruitment process by sharing best practices, advising on selection methods, leading interviews, and supporting inclusive hiring decisions.
- Help hiring managers strengthen interviewing, assessment, and selection skills while educating the business on the group's recruitment approach.
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; relevant HR certifications also considered.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience with Workday or another applicant tracking system strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with recruitment, onboarding, and HR processes and procedures.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and employment legislation preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage daily responsibilities while supporting strategic initiatives and projects led by the AVP, Talent Acquisition.

- Ability to travel up to 10% with an underwriter to shadow and participate in interactions between Underwriters and brokers
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time, with occasional movement in the office to access cabinets and equipment
