Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferred Education and Experience: College Degree

Responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in all aspects of full-cycle recruitment, including interview scheduling and background checks
• Assist with new hire administration through the ATS, manage workflows and candidate files
• Address internal and external applicant inquiries related to hiring, background checks and orientation, ensuring requisitions close correctly and meet compliance metrics
• Communicate frequently with the Talent Acquisition team, candidates, management, and HR staff; provide support for special projects
• Other duties as assigned
