MMS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team in coordinating and administering recruitment activities. The role ensures a positive candidate and hiring manager experience in a hybrid work environment.

You will manage candidate scheduling, postings, ATS tasks, onboarding coordination, and HR screening interviews across US and UK, contributing to confidential records and timely processes within a global, collaborative team.

Competenze

• College graduate in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, Recruitment, Administration, or a similar field preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems or recruitment platforms preferred.
• Interest in the pharmaceutical, clinical research, medical device, CRO, or related life sciences industry preferred.

• Coordinate recruitment activities and support the Talent Acquisition team.
• Schedule interviews and communicate next steps, coordinating assessments, and following up on outstanding actions.
• Gains understanding of the Applicant Tracking System and performs routine tasks to maintain accurate and complete candidate and position information.
• Supports the preparation and maintenance of job postings across applicable job boards, internal career website, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
• Assists with reviewing candidate applications and resumes against basic position requirements and escalating questions to the team.
• Supports candidate sourcing activities through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other approved recruitment channels.
• Maintains accurate recruitment records, candidate documentation, interview information, and other position-specific activities.
• Supports HR screening interviews and management interviews; may participate in communications as required.
• Supports the coordination of candidate assessments and ensures documentation is recorded.
