Summary: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for the full-cycle onboarding process of newly hired employees to Baptist Health. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator ensures a smooth, professional, compliant experience from offer acceptance through the first day of employment.

2. Bachelor's degree or 3 - 4 years of clerical, telephone, and data entry experience required
3. Experience in human resources and/or onboarding strongly preferred
4. Punctual and regular attendance
