Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree or 3-4 years of clerical, telephone, and data entry experience required.
• Experience in human resources and/or onboarding strongly preferred.
• Punctual and regular attendance.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
• Strong communication (verbal/written), organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Standard office environment, in-person with extended periods of computer use.

Department: Human Resources Shift: Day Working Hours: M-F 7-4 Summary: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for the full-cycle onboarding process of newly hired employees to Baptist Health. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator ensures a smooth, professional, compliant experience from offer acceptance through the first day of employment. Other information:

• High School diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree or 3 - 4 years of clerical, telephone, and data entry experience required
• Experience in human resources and/or onboarding strongly preferred
