• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions and postings.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring prompt and professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct various administrative tasks, such as updating job descriptions, tracking candidate status, and generating reports.
