• Care Coordination and Staffing: Manage staffing schedules to fill 100% of authorized hours; respond to call-outs or client dissatisfaction; recruit caregivers; collaborate with vendors to meet client care needs.
• Client Case Management: Keep client records current; process authorization updates and adjust staffing; manage discharges with proper documentation; ensure caregiver scheduling is accurate; monitor prebilling daily for timely invoicing and payroll.
