SpaceXAI is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage interview scheduling, candidate data, and the overall candidate experience in a fast-paced startup setting. You will ensure smooth onsite, phone, and virtual interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to deliver a high-quality candidate journey.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, adaptability, and a Bachelor's degree. This role is based in Memphis, with flexibility for overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage onsite, phone, and virtual candidate interviews.
• Schedule candidate interviews and logistics promptly.
• Represent partnerships with stakeholders, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers to drive service quality.
• Drive ad hoc process improvement initiatives and special projects.
• Ensure data integrity and update candidate records in Greenhouse.
• Evaluate recruitment strategies and solutions to improve efficiency.
