Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, communications, psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience supporting recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR functions.
• Proficiency with MS 365 apps and ability to manage documentation accurately.
• Experience using ATS/HRIS and generating recruiting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and recruiting activities across teams.
